Patron Muse, a Love Note to you-Our Patron and our Muse. Our Patron-our Brides, have been our most confident Muses throughout the tenure of Gee June. Responding to our Brides needs built our business.

Throughout the years at Gee June we have come to know of certain aesthetics our Brides prefer. One, presented in Patron Muse is that of the ‘American Swans’ fashion. Capote’s ‘Swans,’ the Kennedy-look, the Pioneer Woman, Josephine Baker-all of our ephemeral longings are what we curate and style into Patron Muse.

At Gee June we’re both whimsical and playful in our approach to design and merchandising while remaining sophisticated. This whimsy and play at tradition is one we share in common with our Brides. Classic and neo-classic design are a present underlying whisper at the core of Patron Muse.

Metropolitan in design, Patron Muse brings forth the themes of ‘the all-American Girl,’ in a modern way. Our knowing of where we are, where we’ve come from, our vast landscapes, history and heritage, Patron Muse combines the evolving ideas of where I was from (nostalgia, our pasts before us) with-where I am (poetic, simplicity of the present moment)-to where I am going (romantic ideals of our future selves) into a wedding dress for our Renaissance Brides* of today’s world.

*Renaissance Bride, like Renaissance ladies-women who can survive the cities, thrive in the country and balance their lives between responsibility and leisure, imagination and reality, honorable pursuits and art.

Pictured is our Real Bride Madison in the Madison Gown. Madison was the first to say ‘Yes’ to Madison! The first bride to say ‘Yes’ to a Patron Muse piece has the gown named after her. Patron Muse pieces are limited to a certain number of Brides before we retire the dress.

Embellishments on Patron Muse pieces, such as Madison’s pearl buttons are done in-house at Gee June.
